-What type of inspection you are looking for, and what additional inspection services are you interested in.

-The address of the home you wish to be inspected, and any additional outbuildings, garages, retaining walls, etc. on the property you wish to be inspected.

-When you would like the inspection to occur.  Make sure to coordinate with your realtor as they are required to attend the inspection.  We also require at least one buyer present for a majority of the inspection process.  Our average basic inspection on a 1500sqft-2500sqft takes between 3-5 hours, and we will provide a more accurate time estimate with your quote.
